GUIDING PARTICIPANTS THROUGH SELF-DETERMINATION

I am an Independent Facilitator certified through the IF Training Academy and an approved vendor with the San Diego Regional Center for California’s Self-Determination Program.

I support individuals and families as they navigate the Self-Determination process—helping participants identify their goals, build the right support team, and access services that reflect their strengths, interests, and vision for the future.

My work is grounded in a deep respect for the individuality of each person and the belief that meaningful support begins with listening. Through my experience working alongside individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, I have seen how powerful it can be when supports are built around a person’s strengths, interests, and goals. As an Independent Facilitator, I am committed to helping participants navigate the Self-Determination process with clarity, collaboration, and care so they can build lives that feel purposeful, connected, and supported within their community.
